Go Comets! Here at The John Crosland School we encourage all of our students to participate in a competitive sport in Middle and Upper School. Becoming a student-athlete promotes teamwork, character, self-discipline, fitness, and lifelong skills. Our mission is to teach students how to work as a team and achieve greatness in sports and in life. The John Crosland School athletic program offers student-athletes at the middle school level opportunities for competition in the Charlotte-Gastonia Athletic Association (CGAA) and for the high school level opportunities for competition in the Metro Area Athletic Conference (MAAC).
