Parent Council

The purpose of the Parent Council is to foster and maintain a strong sense of community among the students and families and to support the teachers and the school. Parent Council raises funds to support school projects and to fund Parent Council activities.

Every parent is a member
of the JCS Parent Council

The Parent Council serves as a bridge between school leadership, parents and teachers.

In order to host activities and support our school families and staff, we are tasked with fundraising. This year, in lieu of multiple fall fundraisers, the JCS Parent Council has elected to sponsor a No-Bake Bake Sale. All donations are appreciated and 100% percent of the funds will be used for Parent Council sponsored activities and a water bottle filling station. Our goal is to raise $2,000 and achieve 100% participation.
